Reheating left-over Rice

Refrigerate leftover cooked rice in a well-sealed container. Reheat cold rice with a sprinkling of water in a microwave oven or in a covered pot over low heat. Left over rice is great to have on hand for stirring into soups and broths and for making fried rice — it's perhaps the world's best vehicle for turning leftovers into something fresh and new.

Green Eating
Defining "Organic"

If a food is labeled "organic," what does that mean? To meet the organic standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), or an organic food is one that is grown without: pesticides, fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge, herbicides, antibiotics, bioengineering, hormones, ionizing radiation.

Quick Drinking!

A guy goes into a bar, orders twelve shots and starts drinking them as quickly as he can.The bartender asks, "my goodness, why are you drinking so fast?' The guy replies, "You would be drinking just as fast if you had what I have." The bartender looks at him curiously and says, "What do you have?" The guy responds, "An empty wallet."
