1/4 teaspoon paprika pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 loprofin low protein pizza base
1 large flat mushrooms stalk removed
cooking oil
2 pepper corns (for the eyes of the spider)
36 slice (thin) yellow pepper
Cobweb Pizza Recipe Method

Oven temperature: 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6.In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, herbs, sugar, paprika and salt. Using a potato masher, break up any large chunks of tomatoes. Place the Loprofin Pizza Base on a pizza tray, spoon the tomato sauce over, and spread almost to the edge. .

Dip the mushroom and pepper slices in oil.Cut the pepper into thin slices. Position the first mushroom in the centre of the pizza, to represent the spider’s body.Cut the remaining mushroom into slices for the spider’s legs (you could use a different vegetable for the legs like onions). .

Place the pepper slices in a cobweb pattern around the mushroom.Use a sharp knife to score two small hole for the eye then push in the pepper corns.Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. .
