Unwrap 1 slice of American cheese and throw away the cheese wrapper.Place the slice of cheese on top of 1 slice of baloney.Roll the baloney over the cheese.(Start from the edge of the baloney and use both hands to roll the baloney up and over the cheese.) Place the baloney roll up on a serving plate.

Tips & Notes:
Baloney roll ups have a tendency to unroll after you have set them down on a plate. To prevent this from happening, secure the baloney roll ups using toothpicks.Continue these steps until you have made all 6 baloney roll ups.Serve immediately or wrap the baloney roll ups in a plastic baggie or plastic storage container. Store roll ups in the refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours.
Serving Suggestion
Cut baloney roll ups into smaller pieces and stick one toothpick in each piece to hold them together.
Serve with mustard as a dipping sauce.
Additional Ideas :
To make a hardier snack, add a slice of bread into the baloney roll up. Bread can be plain or spread with mustard and mayo. Place the bread between the baloney and the cheese before rolling it up and serving.
