crushed hot green chillies

crushed hot red chilies

1/2 measuring cup

sliced onion lengthwise

chopped garlic

sugar

2 tablespoon

fish sauce

1/4 measuring cup

cooking oil

2 measuring cup cooked rice
200 gram white prawns or tiger
1 tablespoon crushed hot green chillies
1 tablespoon crushed hot red chilies
1/2 measuring cup sliced onion lengthwise
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 measuring cup cooking oil
Khao Phat Sai-Krok Salami Kap Phak Recipe Method

Wash and shell the prawns, leaving the tail fins in place. Cut open down the back and remove the dark vein.Pour the oil into a wok and place on medium heat. When it is hot, put in the garlic and fry until golden; then, add the prawns, chilies, and onion.

Season with the sugar and fish sauce, and continue stir frying until the prawns are done and fragrant.Now, add the rice and stir fry with the prawns. Serve hot with cucumber and spring onion.
