2 measuring cup chopped leftover turkey meat
1 measuring cup mushrooms quartered
1/2 measuring cup carrot chopped
1/2 measuring cup leeks chopped
1/2 measuring cup turnips chopped
1/2 measuring cup rutabaga chopped
4 measuring cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cloves garlic sliced
1/2 measuring cup white wine
Pot Au Feu Turkey Recipe Method

Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil on medium-high heat, then saute mushrooms for 5 to 7 minutes, and remove from pan.Heat the remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil and add carrot, leek, rutabaga, turnips, and garlic .Saute for 5 to 7 minutes and add the white wine, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Add in mushrooms, turkey, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
