Pot Au Feu Turkey Recipe Description
Pot au feu is french for "pot on the fire", for a French boiled dinner with meat and vegetables.

Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil on medium-high heat, then saute mushrooms for 5 to 7 minutes, and remove from pan.Heat the remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil and add carrot, leek, rutabaga, turnips, and garlic .Saute for 5 to 7 minutes and add the white wine, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. |

Add in mushrooms, turkey, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft. |
