But if we deprive ourself of a sleep for seven days, we won’t be able to function at all...If we try to guess which activity is so important for us that we devote almost one-third of our time for it, probably the first things that come to our mind are...
Kitchen secrets/Cooking tips
Preventing sticking of pies dough
It seems that no matter how much you flour the counter, pie dough often sticks as you roll it out. Adding more flour isn't the solution and can actually make the dough tough. Instead, slide a bench scraper under the dough every 30 seconds or so. This way the dough never has a chance to stick, and it won't tear when you need to move it. If you don't own a bench scraper, use a metal spatula in the same fashion.

Green Eating

Ease up on the meat
Meat is the most resource-intensive food on the table and eating less of it can be the single most green move a person makes. Producing meat requires huge amounts of water, grain, land, and other inputs including hormones and antibiotics, and leads to pollution of soil, air, and water. A pound of beef requires around 12,000 gallons of water to produce, compared to 60 gallons for a pound of potatoes. If you’re a meat eater, for starters, try cutting out a serving of meat each week. Going vegetarian or vegan is a profoundly meaningful environmental choice create wonders.

Nearing an election, Mr Big, a politician running for office, visits a jail to demonstrate what a caring person he is. He shakes hands with the inmates and talks to them. As he’s leaving, he notices that his watch has gone, so he calls the warden. The warden gathers the inmates in the mess hall and says, “Guys, someone took our visitor’s watch and I know that it was only a joke. What I’m going to do is switch off the lights for five minutes. And when I switch the lights back on, I want to see the watch placed on this table.”After five minutes, he switches on the lights and the table has gone.
